The start of a new year brings with it awards season. As always, the film snob’s favorite time of year will culminate with the highly anticipated Academy Awards. The night of the year where all of the departments that make up the Hollywood film industry come together to recognize and honor the very best work of the calendar year. Now that Academy members have officially started filling out their ballots, I figured now was as good a time as any to share our predictions for who those voters will nominate for the coveted statuette.
The 94th annual Academy Awards ceremony will broadcast live this year at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and airs on linear television via ABC on Sunday, March 27.
