Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri filmmaker Martin McDonagh is reportedly getting the band back together. According to Deadline, In Bruges stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson are re-teaming with the director on his next feature project, The Banshees of Inisheer.
Set on a remote Irish isle, Banshees follows the abrupt dissolution of a lifelong friendship. Principal photography is set to being this summer.
Searchlight Pictures (formerly Fox Searchlight) will handle worldwide distribution for the film. McDonagh previously directed Three Billboards for the studio. The film was critically beloved and went on to land a number of Academy Award nominations, ultimately winning for Frances McDormand and Sam Rockwell.
