Wanna play? Then you better keep your strength up!
Early in the 1988 original Child’s Play, young Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) pours a delicious-looking bowl of Good Guys cereal while preparing breakfast for his mother (Catherine Hicks). Of course Andy makes a mess because he’s distracted by the Good Guys cartoon on TV. The kid’s clearly bought into the mass marketing for the new Good Guy doll. Unfortunately, none of these products were real and only existed as a part of series creator Don Mancini’s commentary on American consumerism… Until now.
According to Bloody-Disgusting, that very same Good Guys cereal can finally be yours courtesy of FYE. And yes, it has actual cereal in it!
The official product description reads:
“Fortified with vitamins, Sugar-Coated Good Guys Cereal will be sure to give you MORE POWER to get Good Guys like you through your day! Better grab one while you can! These are definitely going to sell out fast and will only be available to purchase from greedy scalpers who will no doubt ask for way more than what they paid for it.
