Jennifer Lopez announced Monday via Instagram that her upcoming film Hustlers has officially been given a Sep. 13 release by STX Films.

The Hollywood Reporter refers to Hustlers as a “Robin Hood-stripper story.” The film is based on the 2015 New York magazine article The Hustlers at Scores by Jessica Pressler and sees Lopez, Cardi B, Keke Palmer and Constance Wu as former strippers who hash a scheme to steal tens of thousands of dollars from their rich and powerful Wall Street clients.

Lorene Scafaria is directing from a script she wrote herself. Scafaria previously pulled double duty for Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, with Steve Carell and Keira Knightley.

THR details Hustlers:

“Scafaria’s script takes place in the late 2000s in New York City in the wake of the financial crisis and explores the toll it took on the livelihood of the dancers who relied on Wall Street clientele.

Jennifer Lopez previously starred in The Boy Next Door, Monster-in-Law and The Wedding Planner.
