The Golden Globes literally just wrapped up moments ago as we slink towards the Academy Awards next month. I personally do not put a lot of stock in the the Globes. The Hollywood Foreign Press, who hosts the awards, have a rocky history when it comes to nominating the actual best of the best; instead, a lot of their nominations seem more orientated towards getting the hottest celebrities to attend their awards. Still, many use the Golden Globes as a heading of sorts when it comes to predicting who will take home an Oscar in February. In the spirit of that, I present to you the winners of tonight’s Golden Globe Awards. Remember, I have listed only the film categories as I do not talk a lot about television on this blog. Enjoy!

Its going to be interesting to see the reaction tomorrow about how A Star is Born got snubbed. But I think Bohemian Rhapsody was definitely one of the films that deserved the award!

Yes, I’m sure there will be plenty of heat! I don’t put a lot of stock in the Globes, but I won’t argue with you. I very much enjoyed “Bo Rap.” Glad to see the love for it AND Queen!
