Awards season is in full swing. So far we’ve seen the nominees for the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, and even some shortlists for the upcoming Oscars. Most recently the nominations for the Producers Guild of America Awards were announced. Like the SAG’s and to a much lesser extent the Golden Globes, the PGA Awards are often used as an indicator of which way favor may or may not be swinging towards potential nominees for the coveted Academy Awards in February. Also like those other awards bodies, the producers guild recognizes work in both film and television; however, for the sake of this blog, I have only included the categories for film awards. Enjoy!
